Shipping Information

All orders sent within Canada will have their shipping costs calculated automatically by our checkout system. Additional shipping charges apply to remote locations.

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be advised by email that we have received your order.

You will then receive another email confirming your goods have been dispatched and the tracking number for your order.

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery, however, most orders arrive much sooner.

You will be contacted via email if there are any issues with your order such as goods being out of stock.

Delivery Of Your Goods

Before signing for your goods, please ensure you check the outer packaging. If there is noticeable damage to any part of the packaging, please sign the delivery note accordingly. We cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note. We must be notified via e-mail in writing at the address below within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged packaging.

Any damages, defects or shortages must be notified in writing via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse. There will also be a minimum restocking charge.

Hypervibe can not be held responsible for any shortages, damages or defects notified to us after 72 hours from delivery.

While we will make every endeavour to deliver your products at the time promised, Hypervibe accepts no liability for any incidental expenses caused by late or failed deliveries, or for any damage caused to property while delivering or installing your goods.
