Returns Policy

All Transactions and purchases made on the site are final however, HYPERVIBE may offer you the chance to return a product under the terms and conditions stated in this policy.

90 Day Returns Policy

Once you receive your order, if for any reason you do not want the item(s), you can send it back to us for a full refund excluding the associated shipping costs.



  • You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 90 days of receiving your item(s).
  • The returned item/s are received by us within 30 days of us providing you with a return authorization (RA).
  • The item/s are returned to us in ‘as new’ condition with all the original internal and external packaging, accessories, labels and manuals complete and intact.
  • Alternative packaging is not acceptable, since it reduces resale value and increases the chance of damage during transit.
  • The item(s) are NOT damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them back.
  • The item is securely packed for return shipping to ensure that the item and packaging is received back by us in re-saleable condition.
  • There must be nothing stuck or written on the item itself or its inner packaging.
  • Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
  • Once we have received and inspected the goods for their suitability for re-sale, Customer payment will then be refunded within 30 days of receipt at our warehouse.


To return an item to us for your money back:

  • Send an email stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Our Customer Service Department will then issue you a return authorization (RA) number and advise of our return address.
  • Please ensure you include this return authorization (RA) number with your returned item(s) to enable us to process your refund promptly.


The 90 days return policy does not apply to digital products, products sold via 3rd party websites, or sold as refurbished, ex-demonstration, or ex-display units, nor does it apply to accessory products that are subject to hygiene contamination, such as step/mats, and accessory kits.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All items are sold with a Manufacturer’s Warranty that ensures what you ordered is received by you in good working order and can be used as intended by the manufacturer and is free from manufacturing defects.

All items are covered by our Shipping Policy that ensures what you ordered is received by you free from damage caused during shipping and handling.
