Upper Body Hypervibe Routine (HIIT)

Written by: Gabriel Ettenson, MS, PT, Published on: March 15, 2014

A quick way to maximize your workout and boost your metabolism: instead of doing regular exercises, try HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

You can do your HIIT routine on the Hypervibe machine by alternating higher frequencies with lower ones, and taking short breaks (10-20 seconds) between exercises (1 minute per exercise).

The high intensity intervals get your heart rate up and are effective in strengthening the muscles, improving the athletic performance and regulating the hormone levels.

Plus, HIIT makes your body burn more calories for up to 48 hours after the routine!
